I think Nekoweb's RSS rules are only for if you're posting directly to Nekoweb's RSS system, not for RSS in general. You can make an RSS feed that just doesn't tie into that. I'd sign up for a newsletter tho :3

Awesome website! I really like your music, I listened a bit to a few of your songs and downloaded All In! for my digital collection. :3 i'd love an RSS feed for new releases at some point! ^_^

Thank you! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed my art and that it's found it's way to you! I'm pretty sure making RSS posts for new releases is against Nekowebs rules as they only allow blog posts and stuff like site updates is forbidden, new release announcements being closer to site updates than blog posts. But I am playing with the idea of implementing a newsletter, I'm just not sure if enough people, or frankly anyone, would be interested in that.
